Our Client has 40 branches with sales and service covering Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Currently, they have more than 4,000 employees, of which 2,000 are R&D engineers working in 5 R&D centers located in Fuzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Tianjin. Salary range $1,000,000.00 - $1,500,000.00 - Thailand Baht - Yearly.

Job Description

  1. Recruit partner and help partner win pilot projects
  2. A self starter that does not require senior management intervention or encouragement to work
  3. Manage existing relationships, and drive revenue growth
  4. Generate enthusiasm and passion for our client's products among partner sales and engineering teams
  5. Maintain quarterly business plans for top partner accounts
  6. Coordinate sales and technical training for partners
  7. Selling our client's Products and Solutions to significant customers
  8. Develop influential relationships with assigned customers.


Qualifications

  1. Over 5 years experience in channel management, channel sales, outside customer sales
  2. Experience selling in a high technology and networking industry and knowledge of LAN and/or WAN networks a must
  3. Experience selling in industry including ISP, Education, Government, Enterprise
  4. Fluent written and spoken English and native Thai, MANDARIN CHINESE SPEAKER A DEFINITE PLUS
  5. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills (client-service oriented mindset)
  6. Have experience handling million USD level quotas
  7. Experience in selling Intelligent Infrastructure Solutions such as Network Backbone, Network Security, Wireless, Data Center technologies, Cloud.
  8. Understanding of customer organizations and their buying cycles
  9. Vendor/principal working experience preferred
  10. Channel management experience preferred
  11. Have new office start up and home office experience a plus 
Looking for someone from a Networking Equipment Manufacturer with Channel Partner Development experience and not from a telecommunications background.
