Description

The Installation Manager is responsible for the overall management of a highly skilled service / technical team responsible for all field installation and technical services and support for the company’s products.  This position has primary responsibility for enhancing the quality of installation services that are being provided to customers, as well as supporting the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all day-to-day services have been controlled and that all the clients' needs have been fulfilled successfully
  • Responsible for the training of the new employees and to schedule safety training sessions accordingly
  • Dispatch and oversight of installation crews
  • Manage the ordering and scheduling of outside labor and equipment
  • Perform Site Surveys
  • Fully understand all technical aspects of installations.
  • Develop supporting processes for down periods so that installers can support the overall facility operations
  • Consult with employees regarding projects and opportunities
  • Consult with clients regarding project needs and options
  • Assist in the scheduling and maintenance management of vehicles

Hours
  • Monday-Friday  7 AM - 5 PM, but MUST be flexible to work nights and weekends if necessary

Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a MUST

  • Contractor’s License a plus
