Our client is seeking a dynamic "HUNTER" for the GTA and Southern Ontario Region. Uncapped Commissions , Full Benefits after 3 months , Car allowance, 3 weeks holiday to start.

Before you apply, we are looking for a very particular skill set.
  • Our client is seeking to grow dramatically and the HUNTER we seek is highly skilled.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience selling business solutions to CEO and other C-Suite decision makers.
  • Average sale size would be between $45,000 and $75,000 annually
  • You regularly close $750,000 of new business a year and are accustomed to earning a six figure income.
  • You are living in Canada now.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop new client relationships and targets.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective clients and for information to determine their potential.
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of prospective client’s value.
  • Follow up leads and set up appointments.
  • Develop understanding of client’s needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Training prospective clients on our I.T. solution features, benefits and VALUE proposition (ROI).
  • Timely tracking of sales calls, visits and opportunities into our client services software.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Developing and Executing a new business development sales plan working within the clients  Strategic Growth Plan that ensures objectives are met
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional networking
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Participates in trade shows and industry conventions
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree and 5 years aggressive-hunter sales experience at the C-Level
  • B2B sales experience required in a professional services and / or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of regular attainment or exceeding $700,000 in annual sales.
  • Experience with sales execution action plans and forecasting sales goals.
  • Proficient presenter and skilled using MS Office applications.
