Are you a talented Business Development Executive with an Aviation Spare Parts background who is looking for the next step? Our client is a growing, well-established specialty chemical manufacturer supplying chemical products to a number of industries, including Aviation, globally. They are now seeking a high performer to grow their sales throughout the Middle East.

The role will involve frequent travel within the region.
  • Reporting directly to the Global Director of Sales, the role is responsible for:
  • Managing existing business in the Middle East;
  • Developing new business throughout the Middle East;
  • Working closely with Distributors’ sales teams providing joint visitation and product training;
  • Produce action plans to address challenges around competitiveness, portfolio, and pricing.
  • The successful candidate will require:
  • Account Management or Business Development experience from the Aviation Spare parts industry;
  • Ability to engage customers at a broad level, from senior executives to shop floor operators;
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent business experience
  • International marketing/selling experience will be highly regarded;
  • Availability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
