Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference maintaining and building effective compliant HACCP/HARPC/FSSC 22000 systems across the site and operations.  The scope reflects the importance of this role, end to end for the whole operation.   You will be a part of a team who ensures that food safety risks and hazards are managed and minimized aligned to regulatory and corporate requirements.  
Responsibilities include managing and maintaining compliance and accreditation for the site to FSSC 22000, HACCP, RMP and OMAR requirements, as well as leading in aligning the company's operations to cGMP.
We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual with:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (Food/Dairy Science, Microbiology or related)
Experience of maintaining and verifying HACCP and FSSC 22000 in dairy/food/pharmaceutical operations
Minimum of five years’ prior experience in a quality, microbiology and/or food safety role in a regulated food/dairy/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Experience in manufacturing of infant/follow up formula is preferred 
Experience with hygienic design principles, facility zoning, cleaning/sanitation and process/product qualification
Demonstrated ability to evaluate risks and provide solutions to ensure product safety, quality and compliance, taking into consideration potential business impact
You will be well organized and detail driven, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy working in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Food Technologist, Food Science or Process Engineering.
