We are recruiting worldwide for the Head of Digital Media for a very reputable Digital Marketing Agency in Auckland, New Zealand.  Salary approximately $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 - New Zealand Dollars Yearly plus benefits.

  • Achieve the Digital team utilization targets
  • Contribute to the monthly Customer Satisfaction Measurement success 
  • Achieve Digital Media revenue growth targets and objectives
  • Lead and manage a highly effective and engaged Digital Media team

  • In conjunction with the Head of Client Services, help define client revenue forecasts for Digital Media solutions and services
  • In conjunction with the GM of Operations, determine the most profitable short and long term resource requirements to support fast growth
  • Consult on complex customer digital and social media solutions and integrations. Manage delivery, budget, optimization and provide future recommendations
  • Provide stimulus for, identify and convert solutions to answer client business problems and marketing objectives
  •  In conjunction with the Service Delivery, plan and manage client projects from scope, through delivery and reporting included prioritization
  • Support and work in a collaborative partnership with all internal department heads
  • Manage expectations of key stakeholders
  • Establish market leading partnership status with Facebook and other approved digital media publishers

  • Have 8+ years of experience in a Digital Media related field
  • Have certified qualifications and locally or globally recognized capability with the Facebook ecosystem, Facebook Business Manager and/or AMT
  • Have the ability to understand, scope and integrate complex technology and data into simple client solutions
  • Have a proven track record in delivering business outcomes from digital strategy development through the application, management and optimization of advertising technology and digital media
  • Have the ability to strategically add value and insights for clients across a range of segments and business models
  • Be a great communicator with the ability to influence clients and team members to generate outstanding results
  • Have the ability to confidently present to small and large audiences, concepts, case studies and results that are clear and precise
  • Have a strong understanding of digital and social media, the key success metrics and best practice
  • To be a thinker and a doer, delivering outstanding execution and quality in all work completed
