Our client is seeking a qualified candidate for a Hydraulic Territory Sales Manager in Ontario, Canada. Company offers an excellent compensation and benefits package.
  • Assigned to a designated region and travels to promote, sell, and service company products; which includes, but is not limited to: itinerary planning, connecting with end users and distributors to determine their needs to develop a marketing plan
  • Use of company software and sales programs to evaluate market penetration in the assigned region working with leads, market data and customer inquiries and being aware of your competitors activities within your assigned region
  • Collaborating and partnering with Market Specialists for specific OEM accounts and assisting distributors with sales, merchandising and advertising strategies
  • Reports to District Sales Manager and completes other duties as assigned which may include: Submitting credit applications, conducting product training classes, performing routing and/or non-routine follow-up visits, assist in collecting bad debts., attending trade shows that are industry specific, completion of warranty paperwork and warranty evaluations and working with technical service personnel in unique of special situations as needed
  • Four years minimum experience in field sales, service and dealing with mobile equipment and components
  • Certification in fluid power, industrial, mechanical or other applicable technical or engineering degree; or, Associates Degree in business management, administration or marketing
  • Knowledge of truck equipment industry preferable
  • Effective communicator both written and orally with a strong desire to succeed
  • Extensive travel required; Willingness to live within the sales territory
