An exceptional multi billion Tier I automotive supplier has an immediate need to fill a position of PLANT MANAGER as result of internal promotion.  The successful candidate will have a solid background including operations / plant management within a high paced Tier I automotive environment.  

This position remains open and the client is specifically looking for a Female candidate.  They will relocate you from within Mexico or the USA. 
 
Objectives: To guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives of the plant, contributing to the achievement of the goals of our client through the effective administration of Human Resources, Materials, Economics, Engineering, Quality, etc.,                                         
                                          
Key Role Activities
  1. Customer satisfaction 
  2. Challenge Status Quo. 
  3. Continues improvement. 
  4. Demand and get -Involving central functions performance. 
  5. Define employee's technical competencies required and evaluate them.  
  6. Administrate human and material resources to comply with the business plant of M.T.O.  
  7. To  maintain and acceptable security and health items addressed in the production process.  
  8. Leadership of accidents prevention thru team awareness and error proof tested equipment and processes. 
  9. Execute disciplined systems and performance. 
  10. Drill down corporate plans to the organization.  
  11. To develop the team, create and maintain a positive image in the community, to achieve an adequate work environment to succeed, people development.
  12. To facilitate respect, honesty  and integrity development within the team.  
  13. To master PNL 
  14. Ensure resources availability to improve and maintain the environmental administration. 
  15. To ensure environmental policy application. 
  16. To perform Managerial audits to ensure ISO 14001 compliance and effectiveness.           
  17. Know how and follow up the security, health and environment policies.              
  18. Follow up and execution of quality  controls.                     

Knowledge and Basic Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelors Degree Required (ex. BSIE, BSBA, BSME, etc.)
  2. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish), Union experience very helpful. 
  3. Must understand Mexican Labor Laws
  4. 3+ years experience in automotive manufacturing industry minimum
  5. Career path: Leadership, CTPAT, Red X certification
