Our client is expanding in Mexico and is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be the face for the company to automotive parts, distribution centers, and repair shops.  You will work from your Home (virtual) office so you can live anywhere in Mexico. Are you looking for fast track to a role as Regional Sales Manager having direct reports, then into National Accounts Director?   Are you a self starter, self motivator but able to work within a team?  This opportunity is your ticket – our client will provide the tools, you need to implement them.  Success will be rewarded!  

This position is for a automotive AFTERMARKET parts firm who sell to repair shops through distributors and warehouses and if you do not have aftermarket experience we cannot consider you.  Ideally, they are looking for someone with customer relationships companies such as Auto Zone Mexico, Aftermarket Alliance Member – Mercado, Arboledas, Almex, Mayoreo Reffaciones, AOCSA, Roll-Car, etc.
  • This is relationship building - Will be the technical expert and help to train in house personnel.
  • Customer service type role but also definitely be sales closers get them to stock more products.
  • Working knowledge of P&L with ability to impact promotional and/or capital expenditure decision-making

Primary Duties:  
  • Work closely with Fleet Accounts, Distribution Centers, and repair shows.
  • Develop local/regional distribution plans to maximize new product penetration and pull through at all levels. Deliver sales plans.  
  • This is definitely a role for Sales Closer - to drive and exceed stocking and POS growth. Study competition as well as customer needs and suggest new products
  • Train and develop personnel in new product features and benefits as well as selling techniques.  
  • Coordinate and execute maximum profitable sales results at key regional trade shows.

  • Able to speak Bilingual English and Spanish fluently.
