We would like someone to join our team who is a motivated self-starter with high integrity, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative very face paced environment.  A successful Solution Sales person has an excellent blend of business, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills and is comfortable delivering solutions pitches to C-level and senior leaders internally as well as externally with our clients.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and evangelize our clients  Software & Services solutions, and value to C-level and senior leaders with a high level of confidence
  • 10 years sales experience + 5 years + in new business complex / solution sales experiences in the Mobile Network or Payment space, (puts someone in the middle of their career )
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate our value proposition; ability to coach other Sales team members as required
  • Proven track record of success selling B2B IT, Technical, Hi-Tech products into medium to large size companies
  • Humble Confidence, Professional Presence
  • Take a consultative approach to identifying business needs, pains, and requirements
  • Actively participates in RFP/RFI responses, presentations and commercial proposals
  • Enjoy working in sales and with customers, leading and advising them in their business processes and solution design
  • Approaches their role with multidisciplinary skills such as customer focus, value selling, solution & process orientation
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering is a must.


$80-100K Base                               
$20,000.00 (represents 100% at Target) capped @ 200% or $40,000.00
Monthly Car Allowance
Health & Dental & Paramedical Benefits are company paid  with LTD (Long Term Disability) being the only exception
